EÌ-6049 Metallic Mask Transmission Inspection System
The system is designed to inspect metallic masks in specified points for transmission. The points are preset in the grid nodes having fixed spacing of 25.4 mm along Y and variable spacing along X, which can be preset by a user with an increment of 100µm. In the process, the grid center coincides with the inspected mask center.
A mask is inspected by a carriage which is scanning along X with fifteen optical channels located along Y.
