Planics Prosthetic Heart Valve

The prosthetic heart valve is used for implantation into the human heart instead of damaged valve. The prosthetic heart valve includes: valve body, disk-shaped occluder, sewed cuff. The body and disk have à streamline and polished form and are manufactured with high accuracy. This makes minimum the possibility of trombogenicity in à valve. The asymmetry element, which is in construction, promotes disk pivoting relatively its center. This reduces the wear of occluder. For optimal orientation of the valve, during the implantation, its body can turn over in sewed cuff.

Aortic valves haves an angle of pivoting of the disk 73o and mitral valves — 68o. Each valve undergoes thorough 100% testing of major characteristics before utilization in hospitals. All valves are delivered secured in special holders and sterile packages.
Planics-D Prosthetic Heart Valve
The valves are used for implantation into human heart instead of the damaged valves. The valve is composed of a ring body, two-folding occluder and sewed cuff. The hinges for fastening of foldings to the body are made open with developed surface. Angle of turn of the folding in its working travel is 55 degrees. The sewed cuff has a support device to enhance reliability of the valve construction. For optimal orientation of the valve during implantation its body has the possibility to be turned in the sewed cuff.

Open with developed surface design of the hinges reduces wear in the valve hinges and minimizes the possibility of hemolysis and trombogenicity because the hinges are properly washed by the blood from. Valve body and foldings are made of carbon glass ceramic (pyrocarbon), manufactured with high accuracy, have streamline and carefully polished shape. During valve manufacturing, materials undergo 100% inspection and before sending the valves to hospitals every valve is tested to meet its functional characteristics – valve capacity, reverse flow and seizure-free motion of foldings.
The valves are delivered in special holders and tight sterile packages for easy handling.
Planics-T Prosthetic Heart Valve
The valves are used for implantation into human heart instead of the damaged valves. The valve is composed of a ring body, two-folding occluder and sewed cuff.
The body and disk have à streamline and polished form and are manufactured with high accuracy. This makes minimum the possibility of trombogenicity in à valve.
Suggested prosthetic heart valve PLANICS-T is a new development which is aimed at further improvement not only design characteristics of the valve but also at application of new composite materials which minimizes the degree of aggression of PHV being a foreign body in the heart. Therefore valve body is made of titanium and its surface is coated with diamond-like film which reduces trombogenicity. The sewed cuff is made of polyvinyl chloride material and impregnated with silver which reduces risks of infectious complication.
Valve foldings (or occluder) are made of carbon glass ceramic (pyrocarbon) hinged into valve body with a possibility of its turn into “open” and “close” positions.

Plancor Prosthetic Corrctor of Valves (Supporting Plastic Ring)
The prosthetic corrector is intended for execution of reconstructive surgeries on human heart valves. Plancor allows building supporting frame and providing adequate function of reconstructed valve, enables to preserve native valves and avoid complications accompanying implantation of prosthetic heart valves.
